Euromotor.us 5 years manufacturer's warranty

 

EUROMOTOR.US products are guaranteed according to the following conditions:

 

- DURATION

The guarantee enters into effect from the date of invoicing and is valid for:

  • Five years for motors and mechanical accessories ;

  • Two years for automatism and electronic control systems.


- APPLICATION OF GUARANTEE

In case of problem with the motor, it is imperative for the customer to contact his distributor EUROMOTOR.US. This one is committing to send a technician on site to establish facts. If the product is acknowledge defective by EUROMOTOR.US, it will be repaired or replaced in the best delay.

The guarantee only applies to EUROMOTOR.US components and does not cover the project it is included in.

Application of the guarantee does not lead to any derogation from the terms of payment and amounts given on invoices issued prior or subsequent to the discovery of the defect.


- GUARANTEE LIMITATIONS

The guarantee is officially suspended if:

  1. The product has been taken apart or is returned showing obvious sign of collision or other forms of tampering.

  2. The product has not been assembled, or electric connections made, in conformance with instruction.

  3. The product has been used for different uses to those it was intended for (unless accompanied by an authorized written derogation from EUROMOTOR).

  4. The motors have been used with electric accessories not supplied or approved by our technicians.


- PRODUCT USE RESTRICTIONS

EUROMOTOR.US products have been designed for the application of opening and closing solar protection for buildings including different sized roller shutters and sun blinds, projection screens. The electric apparatus must be installed in conformance with the norms in force for the sector (e.g. norm CEI).
